    Let's see - Blue book value, $10,700, mods, about $15,000 - that would come to $25,700. I'd offer him $18k for it, but I hate the way it looks.

    ... and no title (bill of sale only)? I love that it says "Title: Clear" in the form. Just like it says 1,200 miles, when the odo and description bit say 52,000.

    That guy is either joking or in for a very painful lesson. And let me just add that I loathe hardparkers.
