I once saw a video with a Wrangler that had "trail lights." I don't know if they were standard or not. They were lights inset in the front fender area just ahead of the door that were pointed forward diagonally, so they'd light up the sides of a trail just slightly ahead of you. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Edit- Found this, similar but not the same thing, these mount on the frame:

As far as I know, no Wrangler ever came with underside lights like that stock. The term you are looking for is "rock lights". There are a few companies that make kits but most people just wire in their own lights. I have thought about doing it since it really makes a difference on the trail. I would use some small LED pod lights since most of them are waterproof, have a long life and draw hardly any current.

Not my Jeep but I have the same LED lights inside, except in red.
