Im not, but my buddy is. He has already received a ignition system for free from a dude on me28.com, so i know they are a real nice group of guys willing to help another E28 owner.

That's awesome you got it working. Mechanically, these things are panzers - but the 20 some year old electrics are catching up with them. Duke's right - great info on mye28.com. The search function is a little hinky and they're not as funny as GRMers though.
