The only "new" of those would be the Nissan news, since that was a month ago.
It would be interesting to see updates on the other news, though.

Man, that sounds like the kind of thing that if Carlos Ghosn knew about it, he would line up his ducks and then leak it to tank Nissan's stock value and then buy up at least 34% of it and make a hefty profit when the stock recovered. Except, well, nevermind. 
Don't forget Harley Davidson, or at least dealers, and non-emissions loud pipes.
Seems the GM and Ford ones are brought by the same lawyer, and are civil suits. Just an attention whoring money grabber IMO.
