Yeah, so I'm still at work (10:00 PM) after a 13 hour day so far and I got a little bored. Time to break up the monotony. Is anybody going to be at Thunderbolt tomorrow? EMRA will be there but I think another club will be too.

Anyways, if you're going, maybe I'll see you there. I usually try to wear my Grassroots Motorsports t-shirt.

I might be there on Saturday or Sunday. Look for a younger guy driving a white Miata with green mirrors.

~C.A.R.T.~ will be there on the Lightning course (they're both decent circuits, but I like Lightning better). C.A.R.T is a good group.

Heard back from a friend who was there with CART today, sounded like a great day!

A few of the EMRA people went over to watch the CART guys. They said it didn't look too crowded. I think we shared Thunderbolt with two other clubs. This meant that we got much less track time (25% less), but it was still fun.

My friend in CART ran four 60 min sessions...

We got alot of track time, but seeing as I had a 250 mile drive back home, I think I was only on the track for a total of 2-2.5 hrs. Still a great time, I'm sure I'll be back.

I'm interested in running with EMRA at some point. How much track time do the time trialers generally get?
