I don't like to throw the e-word around, but this link definitely deserves it. One of the biggest AMC collectors in the world got a hold of one of James Garner's 1969 SC/Rambler BAJA racers. These were all real SC/Ramblers (390, 4-Speed, Posi monsters) and only 2 of the 12 were converted to FOUR wheel drive. This is the last surviving car. They are preserving the original paint!

Did you see this '78 Concord former Tran-Am Series car on BAT recently?
Not Hornet, not Spirit but Concord.

That car started as a Hornet and had a Spirit/Eagle/Concord front clip put on it to continue as a "current" model. Neat, but pricey and no real history (too new to be Vintage legal). Still a cool car.
Personally, in the picture above I am more attracted to the unique Pontiac LeMans. Not Gran Prix or even a Trans Am in the Trans Am series, which appears to have a screaming chicken on the hood.
