In the September, 2019, update of the GCR, the F1000 rules start on page 278. Note that since FB (where F1000 currently lives) is being eliminated and F1000 will be moved to FA, there may be some changes to the F1000 preparation rules coming. Current speculation is that the rule changes will be limited to freeing the ECU and throttle bodies.
