    Nasty hit. I hate concrete. I wonder what happened..according to the obit and the track website, he was no backmarker. He had some good finishes and was up in the points-sounds like he could drive a little bit.

    +1...its even a TERRACED concrete wall...that walls not going ANYWHERE if contact is made. In the photo, look a little up the turn where the ambulance is, the walls probably less than 5 feet from the apex of the turn. Remind me not to race there.

    OP is a very fast high bank egg shape. I belive this was turn two. Normaly a safe track, i'd like to know what lead up to the wreck myself.
