I know there was a recent thread on this topic, but I can't find it.

Florida is being sued for ticketing drivers who flash

I watched the video, this pisses me off, there have been court documents since 2005 stating in black and white there is no law or legal issue with drivers flashing their lights for any reason. The police are going to get burned on this one, and they should. I'm surprised they aren't better trained to know the laws they are enforcing. I've been told by officers ignorance of the law is no excuse, they can put that in their pipe and smoke it.

Most people won't fight it, it costs them too much time and money

But it's a class-action lawsuit. Only one person has to fight it (and he already is).

Well now it's a class action suit, but I was meaning more of as each person got a ticket it was simpler and cheaper to pay it rather than fight it so the cops win.
