Will the heads, intake and supercharger from a 5.4L F150 Lightning (2003) fit on a regular 4.6L from a '98 P71?
I've been offered me said parts very inexpensively, and I'm thinking I could use them to make one a hell of a P71 Challenge car...

No. The 5.4 uses a taller deck (and thus a wider intake). The heads might fit (there's 2 different 4.6 bolt patterns, Romeo and Windsor, so much for being "Modular"). The blower could be useful if you found a 4.6 manifold, like from an 03-04 Cobra.
Lightning is 4V BTW.
And if all else fails, patgizz showed us a 5.4 drops right into one anyways

Don't they have different deck heights (centerline of crank to block/head mating surface)? This wouldn't make a difference on an I-4 or I-6 engine, but with a V8 the intake manifold won't attach to the heads properly after the heads have been bolted to the block. You may be able to get it to work with opening up some holes and porting the manifold/heads, but I don't know for sure.
Why not grab a 5.4L block assembly from a junkyard? www.car-part.com has some for ~$200.

Lightning is NOT 4v. It's a supercharged SOHC 2v. I don't believe the heads are any different from what's found on a Mustang GT.
Heads interchange between 5.4 and 4.6, the difference between Windsor and Romeo is the valve cover patterns, not how they bolt to the block. Intakes won't swap, the 5.4 intake is wider (same as the difference between 302 and 351).
Insofar as the supercharger, I know there's a company that makes a kit to bolt an '03 Cobra supercharger to a 2v, not sure if they also make a kit for the lightning supercharger. Unfortunately, their name is slipping my mind at the moment, so that's not very helpful
And modular refers to the factory, not to the engines. They can reset to make V6s, two or three different V8s, and a V10 without the massive tooling changes that are typically required. You should see the Boss 351 V10 Mustang some of the bored Ford engineers made in their offtime 5-10 years back.

WOW...some MAJOR misinformation already given...
Lightnings are 2V, not 4V.
Heads are the same as any 99-up 4.6, except up to '01 Romeo built 2v's for passenger cars. The differences are pressed-on vs. bolt-on gears and valve cover bolt pattern, besides that, SAME HEAD, 4.6 2V only. But 5.4's are built using the Windsor style heads.
Intake won't fit because of the deck height differences. Plus there isn't any factory 4.6 2V application that you can look for to bolt the charger down to the heads. The aformentioned 03-04 Cobra intake is for 4v "C" heads, so it too is a no go on bolting up, as it is made for a 4.6.
