Yes you can get a turbo forester with a stick. My brother is shopping for a subaru and we saw many on dealer lots.

Turbo stick Foresters are no problem. I think there may be some confusion with the original Legacy turbo. They only sold about 3 stickshift versions of those here.

Sorry, I had to giggle. Yeah, it's a little wonky, but I wouldn't much worry. You should see the underside of the '93 Legacy I just bought that has lived only in Western NY and NH.
