Hmmm...that's not what I had. A friend (originally from Cinci) recently bootlegged some canned skyline back from there and told me that it was real chili because it had no beans. I guess I was under the impression the beans are a dealer-installed option.
In any case...no use "defining" (arguing about) what is and is not chili...but to me that stuff was more like gravy than chili.

Yep, it looks like a Volvo. The fuel line is supposed to be in that metal bracket bolted to the thermostat housing. Other than that, its perfect.
