I was reading in a thread on V8RX7.com about LS1 FD RX7's coming down in price and someone posted a link to this ebay auction. It's at $8600 now and looks to be a nice car. I'm guessing with the economy the way it is people aren't spending tons of money on toys. Can't wait to see what it ends up selling for!

And a hotlink since that is the cool thing to do nowadays...

Get rid of those headlights and I'd be all over it.

A V-8 (or 16X-rotary) powered FD is my dream car. I'd go back to flip-up headlights and upgrade the exterior to make it look like a 2002 RX-7. So... sexy...

    /HOTlinked. Emphasis on HOT.

I'd love an LS1 RX7 FD. Then I could yank out the LS1 and transmission, find another 13B and 5 speed combo and swap it in. Then find a third gen Camaro to drop the LS1 into. My FD will be the most unique looking FD on the planet... by being the only remaining stock-looking FD.

I really want an LSx powered FD and I have been recently watching the prices go down. My choice for my next car keeps getting harder with prices falling on so many cars I am interested in, C5 Z06, GTO, CTS-V, etc etc

Didn't you just get that car, or am I thinking of somebody else? Do you have any idea of what kind of $$$ you are looking for? Link to more pics? I really want a swapped FD, but I think an FC would be just as much fun and probably a little easier on the wallet!

Why not just buy a C5 Corvette?

I love my bone stock FC convertible. For 20+ years old the car looks great.

A V8 would be mega awesome in a FC or FD.

He has it listed in the GRM Classifieds

It is a heck of a car. I put a little time in behind the wheel and it is quite spectacular.

You are correct. I did just buy it. Unfortunately, I then realized that the amount of traveling I'm doing for work will make it difficult to use the car as I intended (track car). So, I'm selling it and may replace it with a boat, which is something the whole family can enjoy.

As Mr. Joshua noted, it is listed here, as well as www.v8rx7forum.com and www.rx7club.com. Let's make a deal!!
