So a while ago my Dad asked me if I was interested in selling our shared '87 944S and upgrading it to something... better he'd found. It was snowy at the time so we held off doing the deal until we could move both cars out of their indoor storage spaces. Well, last weekend saw this off to its happy new owner:

...And then Dad took the train two hours away to pick up its replacement:
One year older, 20 000 km fresher, and one snail faster. I haven't seen it in person yet, but it belonged to a family friend who took really good care of it. It's in pretty nice shape, needs nothing and everything works. Even the A/C. Should be a fun one.
. Apart from the turbo goodness, I love the new colour combo. Red is really not ideal on a 944.
