I also don't get the 'indy-style' and also thought it was made from legos.

It's obviously Indy style cause of the bigass rear wing. Durrrrrrrrrr.

Is that a Hillbilly Countach or what??? I would think 187mph would be nearly inpossible...

That's berkeleying awesome. But it looks like it must weigh 4 tonnes. Needs a jet engine.

Indy car?- I just can't see the perceived similarities...

OTOH, if they had compared it to an Oshkosh snowthrower of the kind typically found at airports....

Obviously VERY long winters in Wisconnsin.

From the back it almost looks like a cement mixer truck.

I see it. My son's indy racer he built from his lego's looks just like it.

187 mph out that with a Chevy 350 pushing it. Uh-huh. Sure.

And since the Spedometer shows 187, it surely must have done it.

2:1 steering ratio. That's always stable at high speeds.

I look at those wheels, and wonder what the chassis is. I wonder what it weighs.

My favorite part of this post was imagining billy bob up in the berkeleying tree taking sweet aerial pictures of his creation.
