GRM had two articles that I'm trying to find for a friend. One, about the best recommended first project cars, and the second about tips to make the first project car a sucess. Does anyone happen to know where I can find those links? I looked, but can't find either of them although I did find some good info for him.

Sorry we missed this topic. I think the issue you're looking for is May 2005. There's a good-sized sections on our picks for the best first project cars, and good plans of attack in general. Pretty decent issue, actually. I opened the page files like 20 minutes ago and have been flipping through them on my computer for a while.
