I can't seem to find my issues with the B13 project. I've been driving on Progress coilovers for a few months now and I'm thoroughly unimpressed. The low speed dampening is terrible. I hop and bob over every irregularity on the road. They seem to have bad rebound dampening as well. What were your impressions on the project car?

I liked the damping—worked quite well for both autocross and track use. The spring rates were firm and yes, if you had a bumpy road, the car would follow the irregularities—but only as much as I'd expect from 350 and 250 or so lb./in. springs
By low speed, are you talking low vehicle speed or low shaft speed?

Low shaft speed. To me, the ride seems very poor for such a low spring rate.

I had 300/200 Hypercoil springs and AGX's in my B13 - the ride was very firm. 350 on a strut suspension is pretty high for a street car. What are you comparing them to?
