GTV6 vs RS200

Someone wants to sell a GTV6 methinks

Well I hate to just jump on the bandwagon but RS200 RS200 RS200.

Boy talk about your knife to a gunfight.

It hurts me to say RS200

and I have an Alfa (pout)

RS200. Aside from the performance, there something about the weird, squashed styling that says "I was designed this way to go faster".

Having never seen a RS200 in person and at least seeing a few GTVs I will still go with the RS200, it's one of the IT cars for me from Highschool years.

Mabye I've spend too much time around Alfas, but I'd take the RS200 all day long. I've dreamed of one since they came out.

I like these VS threads when comparing cars that there is actually hope of obtaining or when both are extremely unreasonable to obtain. Not so much when one falls in one category and the other falls in the other. For this reason alone, Alfa wins for me. RS200's are extremely rare and very expensive. Prabably can have more than one GTV for what a RS200 costs. Plus it's easier to get Alfa parts. Should compare the RS200 against another just as rare car to make it more fun.

As noted in another thread, the GTV6 makes me breathe funny.

But this isn't even close. RS200 all day long and thrice on Tuesday.

should take the winner of this (the RS200) and put it against the Lancia Integrale Next (preferably the S4) and then the winner of that goes against the Sport Quattro

I gotta transition some how, I was running out of quirky cars to compare to the GTV6

Somewhat slower car means aural exhaust sex longer. GTV6.

Faster than the 2002, more visceral than the E36. I'd have chosen E30.

I'm sticking with the Alfa. Price dif invested in mods, improvements, maybe a trailer.

GTV6 any day of the week.
