Do you own a Miata? Have you ever owned a Miata? Have you ever driven in anger a Miata? If the answer to these questions is no, then you don’t know what it’s like to miss that two three shift

My ‘90 Miata wears z31maniac’s suspension and brakes :)

Did you buy the VMaxx/Sports or the XIDA/Wilwoods setup?

It's been awhile. laugh

Vmaxx/sports. Brakes are more than enough for the little 1.6.

I second the neon bobble strut. There was another more modern vehicle that I saw had a similar device mounted off the head. Just can't remember it now. Mini? 4cyl mustangs?

Also where are you going to put all this force through on the engine? Don't want to crack your cylinder head.

These aren't as cut and paste as some think they have to allow normal vibration of your engine so that the energy is mostly taken by the mounts. It then holds your engine from moving too far but releases it a little faster. You don't want to end up damper jacking the engine to one side until the damper bottoms out.

Did you create a tell tail to show you how much the engine is moving on shifts? Grease pen secured to the valve cover with a marking surface secured to the firewall?
