    I'm looking for a swaybar endlink in this style;

    Or this style;

    With a stud to stud length of ~145mm/5.7". Bonus points for being a common aftermarket part/cheap.

    Knowing Dave, I'd be willing to bet that is the front end link from his SVX.

    Close Todd, It's for the aftermarket rear bar that Nevin makes. The ones pictured are from a Pathfinder, they work but are a little long and cause some interference with the calipers.

    Fasted58, Sorry, but what is an 85 XJ?

    Are the studs tappered? If not why not make some rod end with a swedge tube in the middle. This way to can be sure the bar it nuetral or if you need loaded with a simple twist of the tube. McMaster has rod ends with studs (balljoints they call them but not like balljoint like we know them..)

    A Ford Windstar has the same style end link, but I'm pretty sure it's longer than 5.75".

    Get one that's too long or too short, cut it in half, thread the ends and use a cheap threaded coupler in the middle. You don't need LH-RH threads. Or just cut that puppy down and weld it together.

    An XJ is either a Jaguar or the classic square-bodied Jeep Cherokees.

    the first picture shows reversed posts, the second one they're on the same side. is that relevant?

    the links on a pontiac aztec are reversed, but the distance is 139mm long.

    2000 celica ones are 139.5, and a little cheaper.

    i'll keep after it....

    The long pathfinder ones are staight, but I think to go with shorter one, I'll need reversed.

    Those 2000 Celica ones look good, I guess you were referring to the rear? The fronts look longer.

    Keith, I was considering that. But there are are bunch of SVX'ers that are going to need these and I'd like a solution that anyone can just go to their local parts store and pick up a cheap set.

    By my memory, it seems awful close to Ford Focus fronts (2000-2005).
