As of now it's showing a 70% chance of rain tires this Saturday at Summit Point. Perfect weather for my first race weekend in the Radical DSR, particularly on bias ply wets of indeterminate age.

Anyone know what sort of starting pressure I should run?

Low 20's? That's what I used On my bias ply slicks...

I use 12psi on the LeGrand---but that's 500-600lbs less than the Radical, IIRC.

I would try somewhere in the 15-18 range for slicks.

The Radical has scaled at 1227 coming off track w/ my fat ass + remaining fuel load on board.

Starting pressure for Hoosier slicks in R45B is 13.5F/15R.

I guess the question should have been worded:

Hoosier bias ply ~FULL WETS~: starting pressure the same or lower than Hoosier bias ply slicks?
