Are these 'widebody' models worth much more than a non widebody?

Depends on the options.
If it's got full leather, lumbar-adjustable seats, System 10 audio, power everything, then yeah, it's worth more.
Not MUCH more, since there isn't really a huge demand for them outside of the Celica community. To everyone else, they're just another Celica.
To me? They're a heavier, slower celica.
They ARE pretty, though, and you can fit a ridiculous amount of tire under them, if that's your thing.
