Dad has a 1972 (IIRC) Ranchero, canary yellow, 351 CJ, auto. Not sure on the details at this point, but I believe she's largely original, though I know he put cherry bombs and larger rear tires on it, just like they did back when he was young... Interior is in good shape, I remember a crack in the dash, and the plastic pieces on top of the door locks had long ago broken off. Paint was original, primer almost starting to peek out here and there. I don't even know how to value it, let alone where to post it. Unfortunately, he's in Wisconsin (though likely moving to the Detroit area), the car is in Erieau, ON (about an hour from the Peace Bridge), and I am in VA, so there isn't a lot that I can do without going through my brother, who is next door to Mom and Dad's summer cottage on Erie, where the car is.

It DOES have a clean Wisconsin title, and is still driven, though only on nice days. It was purchased from a neurosurgeon who collects vintage Ford muscle cars and Ferraris... Quite the conflicted combination IMHO.

Oh, and the asking price will absolutely keep it from the board classifieds.

In the land of Maple Syrup and Maple Cookies, the more popular version of Craigslist is called Kijiji

Tell me how much you want for it?

If I had the cash, and wasn't back in school, I would take it. Unfortunately, it is not to be. If he had more time and better health, he would keep it. Thanks for the Kijiji tip.

That's obscure enough to justify the eBay route.

Be sure to keep us informed about what happens to it.

    Got any pictures?

Pics are here. If the mods feel this needs to be removed, I have no issues with that. It IS over the limit, but that is the best that I can do to get pictures up in a timely manner. She's a beaut, I would love to have it, but the 'rents cannot afford to give it to me, and I cannot afford to buy it, which would require cash (already talked to the credit union, they laughed as soon as I said '72 Ford).

Already, I see a mistake (I think), there was no C30 auto, I am awaiting the VIN to hopefully decode and determine what trans it actually is.
