    Exactly. It give you a place to put them, and it serves a great purpose too.

    I always shove on the car pretty hard in a couple directions once it's on the stands but before the wheels are off. I'd hate to have one fall at that point, but I'd hate it worse if I was under it!

    I've tried to use the drive on ramps but they tend to scoot across the shop floor and make gaodawful racket instead of driving up onto them.

    Remember any system that lifts on the tires is useless for 50% of the work that you do and should be priced accordingly.
