Clean. That was the first thing in my mind; what a clean looking car.
Now all they have to do is throw out the floor mats, and maybe look for less cracked E30 seats. Then it would be damn near perfect looking.

No pics of the underside, hmmm, but I don't doubt it's just as clean.

8500 seems quite cheap for all that has been done.
It is a shame that the wagons got a stick axle instead of the IRS on the sedans. More floor space I suppose.
One of my dream cars though. I love 510's and I love longroofs even more.

That seems decent to me.

The fact is, someone is willing to pay that for it, as it's met any reserve that it may have had. I don't think it's a bad price if it''s as nice as it looks.

I wish they all could be California....cars....cause living in the rust belt stinks.

North Carolina is also promoting a really clean 4-door 510. I have never seen such a stock or clean Datsun 510.

I like the green wagon better. Especially the price,

That actually seems fairly cheap for a rust-free 510 out here. We went to see one of the 510 guys over in CA earlier this year as I was toying with the idea of getting a 510 2-door sedan and I've seen some of the "rust free Cali cars" that he had. They rust out here, too, just not as bad as in the rust belt.

BTW, every time I'm looking for a car they all show up in Atlanta and there none out here. This is what happens when I'm not looking
.

I too like the 'goon. Four doors don't get me too excited.

I learned to drive in a red 69 510 wagon. Was also the first engine I rebuilt after finding out how fast it would go in 1st & 2nd gear.
Mine wasn't as nice as that one though. -
