My daughter is back home from college and I am going through assorte dissues with he 96 Impreza wagon. One problem was that the ricer headlights that the previous owner installed had cracked lenses causing the bulbs to crack. I installed new factory headlights and the work fine, but now I cannot get the grille to pop back on.. Also, her corner lights (also ricer) do not work. I am going to check the bulbs, but I am thinking that it is the shoemaker-caliber wiring job that is at fault. Any help would be appreciated..

any photos of the grill and you trying to fit it would be helpful.

as to the wiring, break out the soldering iron?

Figured it out. The knucklehead who had it before had to use a differnt grille to make the ricer liights fit. I figured this out by looking at pics of OEM 96 Impreza grilles for sale. Every pic was the same as the last and all were different fron the grille on the car.

I have the headlights working, but the corners are not, but they weren't working before I swaped in the OEM headlights. I will check the bulbs later and go deeper from their if necessary.
