So I'm at a delimma... I want more power out of my Capri and I'm up in the air as to what to do... The car runs great and pulls hard for a 1.6 Turbo with only 132hp. I have access to someone to chip my ECU, but where in the world would I find a decent Fuel Map to raise the boost safely to ~14-15. What would be the the biggest bang for the buck for my B6T??? The car is stock with the exception of a Catback and K&N Filter. My power goal is 180-200.

You're going to need bigger injectors for that, and I suspect that's way past the maximum flow rate for the vane air flow meter those had. If the guy who knows how to chip a B6T ECU (where did you find someone who could pull that off?) doesn't already have a map for it (you'd think increasing the boost is the first thing someone who knows how to chip them would map them for), you might want to just ditch the stock ECU - there's plenty of maps floating around for standalones on 1.6 Miatas that should be in the ballpark.

ECU chipping is another deal. Your best bet is to find people that have already chipped it and see where they got theirs.
It's not as simple as creating/modifying a map in say, Megasquirt, and then burning it to your ECU. ECU chips are written in code, and it's ugly.
It's entirely possible that nobody has made a chip for that ECU.

Ok, i lied. He makes a chip for it. $160 to send him your ECU and chip it, maps to 16psi.
What's the deal with your title? Miata turbo?
Other answers: Get an exhaust on the thing. Full exhaust, turbo back. It'll wake it up nicely. Get a real intake on the thing. Might not add a ton of power, but it'll sound cool, that's for sure.
You can also swap to a JDM B6T intake manifold, they had a better runner design that supposedly gives a nice power bump.
What's stock boost? What's stock injector size?
