The big news today is that the Camaro's V6 has been revised for more power and lower weight by integrating the exhaust headers into the heads, eliminating the need for 'a pair of old-school iron manifolds, 12 bolts, a pair of gasket and heat shields with six more bolts.'
When I look at the new heads I don't see weight savings, I see a terrific opportunity to easily add twin turbos to this V6 because the exhaust collector is already built right into the head. How big of a risk is there in mounting a hot turbo directly to an aluminum head?
