With the due-date looming for the family's 01 sienna, I found an idea while searching craigslist one night. Why don't I twin-turbo it using used parts from Hamilton's Corner Garage. Stow the idea in the closet, or Go ahead with it?

What a gazoon. Everyone knows Hamilton's has been bought out by Pep Boyz. Didn't you get the memo?

I'd have thought it was a good idea. Turbos are always a valid answer in my book.

I like that idea. Can it involve one of the AWD ones? Turbo AWD minivan donuts........

Why not put a second engine where the third row seat used to be?

I smell a challenge idea....twin 2.2 turbos might be cheaper than the SRT4 type.

Minivan = Body roll. Lots of spring and sway bar needed to quell that much roll.

Bah, put training wheels on it like they did in the vids of them trying to roll Isuzu Troopers. They'd work like wheelie bars, but on the sides!

Gut it out, lower it as far as possible, big fat tires, tubbed?. Bonus points for wood grain trim and "my child is an honor student" stickers.

Gee, I wonder if he has the abilities to engineer and install a custom twin turbo system. Can he change a spark plug?

I dinno, I've met some annoying people before that I wouldn't spend an hour in a room with, yet you get them in from of something mechanical and they turn into frickin Houdini with the kinda stuff they pull off.
