Definitely procrastinating. Doesn't help that I've gotten back into range visits.

    Lots to do/fabricate/install/adjust/align/build/levitate/discombobulate:

I have only done the work I have had to do.. unfortunately, that means that the saab had it's head gasket redone.. but the Ti still needs a new exhaust from where the great state of NJ ripped the old one off from an unmarked and ripped up shoulder

Actually did some work on the Spitfire in early Nov...then it got cold, real cold. Even properly dressed to stay warm, garage is just tooo cold. I refuse to try to heat it with all the drafts it has. Soooo, maybe beginning of March?

What's sad is I have both a 23k btu kerosene heater (mostly smokeless) and a 120k btu salamander. But I've been lazy.

My CSX has been in my garage since late November, and I only worked on it once. I've been going through snow blower hell all winter and haven't had the chance to work on anything else.

If by procrastinating, you mean not wanting to freeze my balls off working on the Sonett when it's -10, then, yes, I have been.

    - My Challenge Festiva, it's been this was for 6 weeks now. It was -17 here this morning.

Supposed to get back to the high 30's this weekend, may get some time to work on it.

I put one project on hold 'till Spring. Stuck, not running in an unheated garage. It'll be there when the weather breaks.

But the other project is moving forward. Engine at the machine shop and parts coming in all the time!

I bought a Starion than lost it in my driveway After this week's thaw it reappeared! I have a number of braking & cooling system things that need to addressed. Maybe in a month or 2 when Mother Nature stops being all PMS'y.

I think it really says something when we think 30 degrees is WARM and perfect project car weather!

Supposed to hit 50 again this Sunday. I'll be in the garage for sure!

    ^Ditto on JD.

We're looking at a stretch of 40s or so starting in a couple days. I'll be working like a madman.

I should probably start ordering bits and pieces to rehab my DD Intrigue, it's going to be spring some day and I won't have any good excuses left. But until I can work with the doors open and not bundled up, only the most basic and immediately required work is happening out in the garage.

Once it hits the 30's, it's really not so bad. I tend to wear nitrile gloves more then because I'll end up with more cuts otherwise, but it's really not a bad temperature to be in since you're moving around so much. It's this 0 to 17 degree crap that's just too dang cold. -17 would leave me a useless lump in front of the fireplace.

as i look over my once again snow dusted atlanta yard i think......the first person to tell me its too hot this summer will get a face full of knuckles!......

then i realize most people now have the memory of a 90 year old alheimers patient and i realize i dont really need to go to jail......

Wisahing that i had a garage. It's a foam matt on the concrete pad for me. Guess I should be happy it isn't gravel like when I grew up...

Happy to help. Hopefully I get everything done for this track season. I just won a free track day on Wednesday... so I need car ready at latest for that.

Add me to the list of procrastinators. Doesn't help that during the holidays when we had a house full of family and guests, SWMBO stacked junk in my garage. During one of the rare nice weekends I did manage to clear most of it out. Need a set of wheel dollies for my 63 Midget so I can finish rearranging/cleaning the rest of the garage. Business trips have interfered somewhat. But the real snag is I have done something to my shoulder. Doc calls it tendonitis, physical therapist calls it bursitis. I call it pain and it's limiting what I can do right now. I'm supposed to take it easy, doc and pt told me if it hurts don't do it.
So does that mean I have a valid excuse?

    Hell no, suck it up.

JK, hope you feel better soon.

Tomorrows high is 57. Might have to change the radiator on the Abomination tomorrow. I did the fuel pump a couple of weeks ago. The joys of living in the south. Of course this summer when it's 99 degrees and 99% humidity I'll be desperately wishing for winter again.

I'm unemployed for the next 2 weeks and the weather looks promising. Hoping to set a new record for stripping and crushing a turbobrick.

My project is refinishing some wheels. I have to wait for it to be warm to paint them. But I don't have to wait to get the old tires taken off...
