Holley 4180, from the looks of it. It's a "modernized" carb that never really caught on.

awesome i will check that out.
oh so today a 1986 vette (pristine) came in the shop for minor repairs , it had the 350tpi, and then i noticed the 350 sitting on the stand is not a tpi at all ....it's a police package caprice lt1...
and the sizing on the wheels is 18x10 r and 18x9 f ... hhmm not too bad and it has eibach sport springs with new shocks, i have to put this thing on alift to see what kind.
