^I know the second car. He's given me a great deal on a bunch of my swap parts and welded up some rust for me last year as well. Great guy.

He's pretty good behind the wheel too.

Great e30 track car build, complete with kevlar widebody kit. http://projecte30.blogspot.com/

Very hot, but molding the bumpers to the quarters seems like a bad idea for a car that might get wadded up at some point.

I guess it's trickle-down from the myriad "technical challenge reality" shows and it's become common usage, but can we stop using "Build" as a noun?

Main Entry: 1build Pronunciation: ˈbild Function: verb Inflected Form(s): built ˈbilt; build·ing Etymology: Middle English bilden, from Old English byldan; akin to Old English būan to dwell — more at bower Date: before 12th century transitive verb 1 : to form by ordering and uniting materials by gradual means into a composite whole : construct 2 : to cause to be constructed 3 : to develop according to a systematic plan, by a definite process, or on a particular base 4 : increase, enlarge

hmmmmmmmm, not sure this qualifies as kick a$$....

I'm building a little car, her name is Surreptitious. She began life as a 1983 Toyota Corolla SR5 coupe

she is getting a warmed over 4AG (built by Loynings Engine Services), FJO management will be controlling ignition and spark, an AZ6 6 speed for the gears, 4 wheel disc brakes, and Tokico HTS adjustable dampers.

For complete details of this build.... http://hachiroku.net/forums/showthread.php?t=16037

I looked at every page! That is a big project. The wiring looks over whelming to me. I am glad we both have someone to help with that part. Keep up the good work.

New Way cool build thread a RWD Volvo 480. Unfortunately it's a Swedish site so it's all in gobbledygook. Luckily I will now translate all 25 pages for you, here goes:

    Look at my cool 480.
Watch as I rebuild it stock as FWD and add a cage'n'E36 M3.
Now I'm board, I know let's make it RWD !
This Is how I add the rear suspension from an e30 bimmer
This is how I turn the engine round, add a gearbox and make a tunnel.
    Look at my shiny megasquirt
    Rebuild
    Here's some vid's

Amazing isn't it how it all looks so much longer in gobbledygook!

Anyway, this car is worthy of the 'JOTUNN' license plate I have on my C30.

    Here's the build thread http://www.zatzy.com/projekt/221516-b18_a-volvo-480-turbo-proj.html

    Some vids http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RN8VXZQw9XU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4GiEd-NrYI&feature=related
