Yikes. That's pretty scary considering it happened at speed.
How fast were you going when it popped? Not only are you lucky you didn't loose traction on the fluid that dumped out, you're also lucky that all that debris didn't cut a tire. I can't imagine the coupe would have done well in a spin.
