Sorry for the lack of updates, I have been waiting on a part. The a/c took a charge and worked but the a/c auxiliary fan is not coming on. Tested it and the fan is not working despite having power. This thing is nickel and dimeing me to death

Sorry for the lack of updates. I need to finish up the "what was I thinking" Accord to get back to the 350Z. I picked it up last week from the shop where its A/C was repaired.
Apparently the A/C pressure switch was damaged in the crash, so I needed a new one of those as well as the A/C fan for the radiator. $300 dollars later the A/C is ice cold.
$3558.48 + $300.00 A/C Shenanegans. Total $3858.48 At least the end is in sight...
Pulled the seats for the upholstery shop. Each needs one panel. $250.00
The carpet was nasty...
But it looks like there's between $.32 and $.37 on the floor there. Subtract that off the total.
Well, what we have seen you do with cleaning light interiors, that should be nothing. Wish I was in a spot to do a fly and drive.
Is that $250 total or per seat? I need to have some upholstery work done soon and had no idea what to expect to pay.
250 for both. That includes replacing the messed up leather and re dying both seats. The typical cost starts around $100 a panel. If there are multiple panels bad on each seat the per panel cost will be lower.

The clean spot was achieved with degreaser, soap, a brillo pad, and various grits of sandpaper...
It took about 2.5 hours for all four wheels...

How do insurance companies view rebuilt title cars if I wanted coverage?
Is this generation "tall guy" friendly? As in 6'5". I was offered a ride in a co-workers 2016 Nismo 370z (which is bad ass by the way) this week and it was a solid no go for me.

I have always heard they will payout about 75% of book value on a rebuilt title car if you total it. I can't verify as I've never wrecked a car and I don't work for an insurance company.
Are you sure the wheels weren't really poorly plasti dipped or painted?

I'm almost 6'4 and all limbs. I drive a 03 Z daily. No problem at all. I can still fit a helmet in. Unless you like to sit completely upright you should fit decent. It's not the best on long haul drives. I took it on a 12hr road trip, that was a bit uncomfortable, but mozr the discomfort was equal parts small interior, and ride quality/noise for long periods of time. The suspension is harsh, and expansion joints get annoying on long drives.
Not sure how they value them either. Some companies won't insure them, some don't care. I had to get insurance through progressive for my MR2 and Suburban last year because State Farm wouldn't cover either of them because of the rebuilt title.

I would imagine 6-5 woukd be fine. I am 6 and have to sit with the seats 4" forward and sit very upright and still can wear a helmet. Probably the only issue is the steering has no telescope and is very close to the dash. If you are long leged/short armed or very long torsi you may have issues getting comfortable with the steering. I really like my 05 track model.
