Well, lets start off to say the only reason I ordered from this company is because they killed everyone's prices. Zerolift (sh*tty local shop) was asking double for what they sold RB25's for. I had contemplated for a while who to order through. I eventually just pulled the trigger and went with the cheaper company (although they had horrible reviews online.) Over the phone, the lady seemed really nice and had even promised me a free starter with my order. They shipped fast, which I was super happy about. The truck dropped my shipment off, and to my surprise the engine looked super clean. I go to look through it more and instantly notice that my wiring harness was hacked up (which I had paid an extra $150 more for) and my starter never came as promised. I filed two warranty claims over the internet with them, which they had COMPLETELY IGNORED. So, I ended up calling them a few times and kept getting the run around every time. I eventually just ended up giving up considering it wasn't a large amount of money.
Well, after quite a bit of headache and some help from my friend Jon, most of the harness was sorted out and the car ran decent. I made some videos on YouTube of my progress on the car and bashed the company a little. A few weeks later the company notices the videos posted and contacts me immediately. They seem very nice and forgiving about the whole situation and tell me to contact them over the phone for a refund. I think about it for a few days and finally go through with it. I should have known to expect the same thing, I got the run around again over the phone. The guy I was talking to over the phone with kept ignoring me and acting like he had no idea what was going on and eventually just transferred me to another line when I was in the middle of talking to him.
Anyways, I'm sure some of you have had interesting experiences with this company. Flame on..
