There's a fantastic thread on an italian message board that I used for research when I was planning my stripes. 7 pages, not limited to Porsches: http://www.elaborare.info/forum/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=139946

Time to crash the Porsche party

I was actually thinking of doing a martini stripe theme around the inside of my garage. If I go for it, I'll certainly have to post pics!

I'd love to find out what my old Metro is up to these days.

This is the timeline for the car as far as I know:

    • I painted the Martini scheme on it ~April 2007
    • I sold the car to Mazdax605 around November 2007
    • He had it for about a year and sold it to 914Driver
    • 914Driver has recently sold it to someone else

I thought this thread was going to be about this kind of Martini:

Guess it depends on your work I had to to go back to look - you mean the avatar of one of the users? I was too busy looking at the cars to notice. Seriously. I have a problem.

Ditto--I have no idea where the NWS is. I guess I'm numb to it these days...
