    If you ditch the spare tire you don't need the well, voy la more space to move the subframe.

    If I touch the chassis in that manner I'm off to a prepared class for autocross. I'm uncompetative enough in SM2 (now SSM).

    The subframe mounts to the chassis rails between the fuel tank and the spare tire well, there's really no room to move up.
