It would probably bump me an autocross class, but is there a good reflash program for a 2002 Miata that will add any real power and not cut out a bunch fo fuel economy?
How much and from whom?

No, there isn't. There are no reflashes for the 1990-05 Miatas. There are "chips" on eBay, but they're not even worth the price of shipping.
