McLaren F1 car he was driving spun off the road near the village of Haddon, Cambridgeshire, before crashing into a tree and a lamppost.
The 56-year-old walked away from the accident before firefighters arrived and put out the blaze.
Really, a fire as well?

Rowan Atkinson is a huge performance car enthusiast and excellent driver. He writes a column for evo magazine. He also did all his own stunt driving in an Aston in the Bond-parody Johnny English.

It is the mark of a great driver that he looks like he is going much slower than others, but actually is going extremely fast. I couldn't have done better myself.
