I need an alignment shop that knows what they are doing. My '69 Olds Delta 88 convertible was aligned a few years ago by a shop that I thought knew what they were doing. Apparently they just "set the toe and let it go" so my tires are wearing unevenly. I rebuild the front suspension and told them they would have to do the camber/caster, too bad they didn't listen to me.

So I need a shop that knows how to line up a car that doesn't have specs. I'm sure somewhere in GMs archives the specs for my car exist, but I have no idea what they are. I'm thinking of calling the local GM dealer today and see if they have specs that do back that far.

    Plus one to poop's recommendation.

I doubt they would even need the specs, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to have them on-hand.

I called GTE, they think they can hook me up.

Stupid question: is this place $$$?
