The only things it needed to pass inspection were a few bulbs and an $80 4-wheel alignment!

Seems like every Corolla I see of that vintage has issues with tailights doing weird stuff.

That would most likely be caused by a bad ground, and if there's one thing I know how to fix, it's bad grounds!
