The postman brought my latest prize for my car. It's a factory Jeco clock for the 1st gen Civic. This was only available in Asian market Civics. Not Australia, Europe or the Americas. Not even an option, lolol. They are hard to come by. I finally decided to pony up and grab one last week when I saw it come available. This mounts on the dash in front of the passenger seat. I will be cleaning it and putting it in this weekend. Looking forward to this.

Also a few shots I took of the car this weekend.

And lastly, but certainly not least, thank you, GRM, for my 15 seconds of fame. It really made my day to see this. Thank you.

I love the color, stripe down the sides, and most of all the fender mounted mirrors!

Are you certain this clock wasn't available in the Americas? I seem to recall that my brother in-law's 5spd, CVCC hatch had one. It's the "second hand" that is so distincitve in my memory. His was a Canadian car.

My 1200 Sedan most definately did not have one

Yes, I'm completely certain of this. He may have had an aftermarket clock from a parts store in there OR he could have gotten a hold of one like mine and put it in like I'm doing. But these were only in Japan RS models.

I appreciate it, Tom. Thank you. I'll be ordering houndstooth material for the interior next.

I appreciate the compliment. The outside has come together exactly how I wanted it. It just all goes just perfect for the time period.

    Thanks, man. It's a 1979 Civic CVCC.

And to all of you talking about my clock. You guys need to stop. No need for that. Basically, what I'm trying to say is...........keep my clock out of your mou..........hmmmmm.
