Perhaps if it were closer, I'd enter my 1984 Volvo Diesel. Volvos made for tough rally cars in their day.

they have a good idea, i would like to see the solar cars running in the ruff roads with their skinny tires and zero suspension travel. plus near the equator they don't get ask long of days as we get in north america so there would be less light for them to travel in.
