Matra Bagheera is high on the list. QP3 not so much or SM either.

505 turbo would be cool, but they are almost all automatic, and they have no headroom with a sunroof. If I ever own a 505 (which I certainly wouldnt mind), it would probably be a wagon though. I do want an SM someday, QP3 would be cool, but I think a mercedes 6.9 would probably be alot better at serving that purpose.

I know almost all '89s were auto, but I've seen quite a few earlier ones with manuals.
