Good news for time attack and time trials drivers across North America: Big names from the industry are coming together to improve time-based competitive motorsport events for drivers of all skill levels and backgrounds.

This new North American Time Attack Council will include Global Time Attack, Super Lap Battle USA, SCCA and #GRIDLIFE. The goal, according to the group, is to "represent the interests of all drivers, from beginner to professional competitor, in order to ensure access, inclusivity, consistency and a high quality driver experience."

Their website and Facebook page will offer announcements, schedules and any information related to the group and its members' activities.
