Having already had one, and thus knowing how good they really can be, I'd add a '65-'69 Corvair. With a well-tuned suspension, they're still one of the best-handling cars ever built.

    Jan. 20, 2011 6:37 p.m. Raze Dork

    BMW 2002

Starion / Conquest (Turbo + widebody)

    Fiat X1/9

Supra (I don't care which iteration)

Ford RS200 (I would literally give body parts for this car)

Since Miata keeps coming up I'll say Viper since it's same vintage

    Aston Martin DB7

    Austin Healey 3000

    Porsche 914

Pontiac Parisienne station wagon (my first car)

    Last model Cadillac Eldorado

    Triumph TR6

Oh hell with it, I want every old car ever made, I even want an Edsel...

I want a Chevette with swapped in Impulse Turbo or 3400 V6 drivetrain, 5 lug Fiero front end, narrowed Camaro LSD rear, and an HSR body kit in full rally livery.

But then again I'm pretty weird.

I just realized that I didn't post in this thread and should bump it up. There are only two old cars I really, really would like that are on my "to be owned" list:

1969 Camaro Z/28 with cross ram 1993 Lancia Delta Integrale Evo 2 (LHD)

Oh look at that, here in Canuckland we can get LHD Lancia's

Too many to list, but to go for the top 10% of used cars i'd like and could buy now without going homeless:

    MKIII supra turbo
    aw11 MR2
    AE86
    240z
RX2,3,4 (wagon!), FB or FC RX7
REPU (only pickup i would really want)
240rs (kid at my college had one, but it was a rust bucket)
    starion (with the box flares)
    914
    Miata
    E30
'70 Mustang fastback would be cool, but i couldn't afford a nice one

I have a literal list of about a hundred used cars I search for sometimes, mostly all of which are specific, cheap, and sadly, rare.

    Old cars I want?

    All of them.

Seriously, there's not much in the classic car world that I don't find appealing in some way or another, from pre-War and brass-era cars to 50's cruisers to muscle cars to European sports cars and vintage Japanese stuff...

Any sort of list only represents what may be in my head at that moment.

X 2. My list would be impossible to compile.
