Replacing OE Volvo filters for SU carbs on a '67 122S.
The way to do this is to cut out the paper element from a stock filter and replace it with a drop-in, round air filter.
I need a filter that is 5.75" OD x approximately 3" tall.
A lot of web sources use a filter for a 3x2bbl Pontiac, but that's only 2" tall, for the earlier cars.
Does anyone know a place online where I can look for a filter by dimensions?

hit a well stocked parts store and ask if you can dig thru the air filters with a tape measure.. once you find a part number, you can cross reference that to the application and get whatever brand you want and have a make/model/engine/interior color to give the counter jockey when you go to buy a new one at the local PepZone.
