Super sweet, Andy! I can't imagine anyone who would put it to more good use than you. ;) Can't wait to see its inaugural Challenge car!
Hey what is your contact info? I may wish to hire you to help me with some of my projects.
O.
Snap.
looks fantastic. :D
Lift?
Where was that thing 6 years ago when I was freezing my butt off in your barn?!?!?
In all seriousness, congrats. Put me in with the jealous crowd.
What, no pics of the Stude?
Awesome!
Can you send one of those my way? I wouldn't even care if the siding didn't match my house.
Where are the stairs? I did not see them in the picture. The loft looks huge, larger that the garage even. That Mini Split HVAC system should work great. Do you mind me asking about the brand and cost. I need to add it to my Christmas list. Thanks
No lift.
Second floor access from outside.
Sanyo (sp?) $1,100 heats the place in minutes. Best warrentee on market.
R30 ceiling and R19 walls, 5/8" wall board.

Good, 'cause it's just too clean right now.
Looks great man, congrats!
Fantastic new work shop. Best wishes for safe and fun fabrication. Congrats!
awesome shop andy! very very cool.
what are the dimensions? did i miss that?
Andy - Can I recommend epoxying the floor NOW before you bring ANYTHING inside? It took me a week and a half to clean out my garage enough to do the floor.
Last night, after changing some antifreeze & oil, I needed to clean it off, sooooo nice!
If you don't want to do epoxy you can do a sealer (think skating rinks) but only do one coat. That way the sealer soaks in but leave a fairly rough surface on top that grips jack stands, isn't like ice when wet, etc..., but doesn't allow stains to sink in to the point of being permanent.
Dude Congrats.
Does this mean no more dry hopping cars towards the stone wall inside the barn?
Come on Keith...we put a concrete pad outside![]()

Floor is sealed with some HD garage floor stuff that can handle welding splatter.
