I am in touch with a 64 Barracuda 273 auto (push button) car. Rust is not too bad. Frame is solid. The worst is the the rear fender lips and the drivers front floor. I would be cutting the rear fenders any way for a challenge or ESP car. I cannot find a floor patch panel for the very early A-bodies, just 67 and up. Does anyone know who might carry such panels? I would rather go that route than making one myself.

Auto Body Specialties (link) on Route 66 (!) in Middlefield CT say they can set you up with floor panels for a 63-66 Barracuda for $120 a side.

Yep Auto Body Specialties has them. I've used their later ones and they are nice. A buddy got their lower quarter panel patches for his '64 Dart and was very happy with the quality.

It means nothing in the scheme of things on this thread, but my very first car was a '65 Ba Ba Ra Ra Cu Cu Da Da. Auto on the floor.
My 2nd looked supiciously like your avatar Rob Mopar. 1968 - 340S but it was yellow.
