Does anybody know offhand a ballpark figure for how much a stripped (leave the dash, instruments and front seats, no carpet, etc.) 2004-2006 Mazda3 hatchback would weigh?

I believe before they weigh right around 3000 so I'd guess 2800 maybe?
but is it a 2.3 or 2.0?
don't believe there is that much difference in engine weight though
the lowest weight listed for 1g mazda 3 is 2600, I'm guessing thats prob base sedan though -

I think the hatch was around 28-2900, I know my 07 ms3 was right around 3200 with 1/4 tank of gas and me(200 lbs) in it without even pulling te floor mats out.
